One thing to plan for: connecting via the Business Platform does not transfer your past chat history into Buvvo (Meta does not allow it). Back up your chats before you connect so nothing important is lost. Also, a number can be connected to one Business Platform app at a time; if your number is already on another provider, disconnect it there first.
