Here’s the order we recommend, with the slow steps first.
- Connect WhatsApp: Shop → WhatsApp.
- Add a few products: Selling → Products → Add product. You don’t need your whole catalog, just what you sell most.
- Set up your checkout: Selling → Payments, so customers can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD.
- Set the bot’s greeting and tone in Inbox → My bot, then switch it on when you’re ready.
- Send yourself a test message on WhatsApp and reply from the Buvvo inbox to see the full loop.
You can take orders the moment WhatsApp is connected. Products and payments make selling faster, but they’re not blockers for replying to customers.
