Export
- Export your chats, catalog, orders and customer list as CSV on the Growth and Scale plans. CSV export is not included on the Free plan.
- You don’t need to be leaving to export. Do it whenever you want a copy.
If you cancel
You can cancel any time. Deletion is permanent and runs within 30 days of cancellation, so export anything you want to keep before then. [CONFIRM: the 30-day deletion window]
